My career started on the creative side. In Rome, I founded and ran an audiovisual production company across film, branded content, campaigns, and institutional projects. That chapter still shapes how I think about marketing: attention matters, but only when it serves a business purpose.
I later moved into digital marketing and growth through agency roles in Rome, London, and Madrid, including Ogilvy, iProspect, and Starcom / Publicis. I worked with international clients across EMEA, building hands-on experience in paid media, attribution, media planning, client leadership, and cross-market execution.
At HBO Europe and HBO Max EMEA, I moved into subscriber acquisition leadership across streaming and OTT. The work connected acquisition, retention, LTV, churn, localisation, pricing, media efficiency, measurement, and the operating complexity of scaling across European markets.
At Sportian, the Globant and LALIGA joint venture, I led digital experience and fan engagement work for sports organisations, connecting growth marketing, monetisation, product, data, gamification, and enterprise go-to-market.
At Locker in the City, I worked as Fractional CMO across B2C and B2B growth, helping bring more structure to local demand generation, CRM, measurement, launch playbooks, franchise leads, and European expansion.
